Revised Accounts Statement

These revised accounts replace the accounts previously filed for the period ended 31 January 2025.

These accounts are now the statutory accounts for the period.

These accounts have been prepared as at 29 November 2025, the date of the original accounts.

Respects in which the previously filed accounts did not comply with the Companies Act 2006:
The original accounts filed with Companies House omitted Corporation Tax liabilities of £3,795, resulting in an overstatement of net assets and capital and reserves. The comparative figures for 2024 also require correction.

Significant amendments made:
Creditors falling due within one year have been corrected from £10,084 to £13,879, reducing net assets from £9,410 to £5,615. The 2024 comparative figures have also been corrected to reflect the previously omitted Corporation Tax liability of £1,779.

Date of approval of revision: 31 October 2026
