Other accounting policies
Prior year adjustment

The accounts for the year ended 31 January 2025 as previously filed omitted a bank account held by the company (balance £2,507 at 31 January 2025) and equipment bought for the company by a director in April 2024 (cost £1,680, depreciation of £467 to 31 January 2025, net book value £1,213, with £1,680 owed to the director). The comparatives have been restated: the 2025 profit and loss account now includes the £467 depreciation, reducing the 2025 profit from £772 to £305, and the 2025 balance sheet includes both items, increasing capital and reserves at 31 January 2025 from £(1,744) to £296. The effect of the omitted bank account on 2025 income and expenses could not be determined, so its balance has been adjusted through reserves at 1 February 2025 in accordance with FRS 105 paragraph 8.17.
