The average number of employees during the year was 0 (2025: 0).

2. Additional disclosures

Going Concern

The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.

At 28 February 2026, the company had net liabilities of £27,553 and net current liabilities of £16,176.

The director has considered the company's financial position, ongoing trading activities and available financial resources.

The director expects the company to continue trading and considers that it will have sufficient resources to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least twelve months from the date these financial statements are approved.

Accordingly, the director considers the going concern basis of preparation to be appropriate.

Historical Accounting Adjustments

During the preparation of the financial statements, the company undertook a review of historical accounting balances relating to transactions originating in previous financial periods.

Following this review, an unsupported balance of £59,866 previously recorded within other debtors was removed, with a corresponding adjustment to retained earnings.

The adjustment reflects the correction of historical accounting balances where sufficient supporting documentation was no longer available to substantiate the amounts recorded. The director considers that the adjustment provides a more reliable representation of the company's financial position at 28 February 2026.

The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
