Company activities and impact

Our programmes are aimed at improving the mental, emotional, and social wellbeing of individuals and communities. Our work focuses on making wellbeing support accessible to everyone, particularly those experiencing poverty, social isolation, discrimination, and mental health challenges. We have continued to provide creative workshops, community events, and wellbeing activities using art, music, movement, storytelling, and mindfulness to encourage self-expression, build confidence, improve mental wellbeing, and bring people together. Our activities have taken place across schools, care homes, and community settings, supporting children, older adults, neurodivergent individuals, carers, and people experiencing loneliness or mental health difficulties. A key focus during 2026 was supporting women living in areas of high poverty and disadvantage. We delivered women-only mental wellbeing sessions that provided a safe and welcoming space for women to focus on their emotional health, connect with others, and take part in positive wellbeing activities. Recognising that childcare can be a major barrier to accessing support, we also provided childcare alongside these sessions, allowing mothers and carers to participate without the additional pressure of arranging childcare. This helped make mental wellbeing support more accessible to women who may otherwise struggle to attend. We also delivered our Through Their Eyes project, which focused on educating children about indirect racism, unconscious bias, and discrimination. Through creative activities, storytelling, and open discussions, children were encouraged to explore different perspectives, recognise unfair treatment, challenge stereotypes, and understand the importance of equality, kindness, and respect. The project aimed to build empathy, raise awareness, and encourage children to become more inclusive and understanding of others. Throughout the year, our work has continued to create opportunities for people to feel connected, supported, and valued. By combining creativity with wellbeing and education, we have helped reduce barriers to participation, encourage positive mental health, and promote greater understanding within our communities. Our activities during 2026 reflect our ongoing commitment to tackling inequalities, supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged groups, improving mental wellbeing, and building stronger, more inclusive communities. We remain dedicated to ensuring that people of all ages and backgrounds have opportunities to access support, express themselves, and improve their overall wellbeing.
