Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime, and the provisions of the Companies Act 2006 relating to micro-entities.

Tangible assets depreciation policy
Computer equipment is recorded at cost less accumulated depreciation and any impairment losses. Depreciation is charged on a straight-line basis over five years, at 20% per annum, assuming no residual value. Depreciation begins when the equipment is available for use and is calculated proportionately for partial years.

Other accounting policies
Subscription and insurance costs are recognised over the periods they cover. Amounts relating to periods after the balance-sheet date are recorded as prepayments.

Money introduced by the director, and business costs paid personally by the director, are recorded through the director’s loan account. Repayments and personal expenditure paid by the company reduce the amount owed to the director.

The comparative figures for the period ended 31 January 2025 have been restated to correct prior-period errors concerning equipment, depreciation, expenses, prepayments and director funding, and to remove the incorrectly classified intangible asset.
