1 Average number of employees
The average number of persons employed, including directors, during the year was 0 (2025: 0).
2 Prior year comparative figures
The comparative figures for the year ended 28 February 2025 are based on the accounts previously filed at Companies House. During preparation of the current year accounts, an opening balance adjustment of £91.31 was identified. This comprises an £85.31 difference between the verified bank balance and the current assets previously reported, together with a £6.00 difference in the Corporation Tax creditor. The current year opening balances have been adjusted accordingly. The adjustment has been made directly to opening reserves and does not affect the current year profit or loss.
For the period ending 28 February 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the micro-entities regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
