During the year TRIUMPH delivered another memorable and successful annual conference that led to the launch of three new "Solution Spaces" which will allow us to co-create new solutions with colleagues in the sector. We also built strategic partnerships with key national and infrastructural organisations, positioning us to embed racial equity into the delivery of the National Youth Strategy. We also launched our national leadership programme, the HEAL Academy, which is going to diversify youth sector leadership at national, regional and infrastructural organisations. Alongside this we developed the national toolkit for organisations to provide top tier support and development for global majority colleagues in their youth sector careers.
