For the financial year ending 31 March 2026 the LLP was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 as applied by The Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2008 relating to small companies.

Members' responsibilities:

• The members acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 as applied by The Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2008 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements;
• These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 as applied by The Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2008 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime;
• These financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the small LLPs regime and a copy of the Profit and Loss Account has not been delivered.

1. Company information

2. Prior year adjustment

The comparative figures have been restated to correct the timing of an impairment recognised in respect of an investment in the prior year. The impairment recognised in the previous financial year was overstated, and therefore asset understated by $85,000. The correction has resulted in an increase of $85,000 in the comparative carrying value of investments and a corresponding increase of $85,000 in members' funds at 31 March 2025.
