CIC 34 — Community Interest Company Report
Company name: SAVVNEY C.I.C.
Company number: 08577066
Year ending: 30 June 2026
This report has been prepared in accordance with the Community Interest Company Regulations 2005 (simplified report).
Part 1 — General description of the company's activities and impact
Describe the activities the company has carried out during the year and how they have benefited the community.
The company is a video-based financial education provider. The target audience was initially
young adults in the Croydon Borough area and the South-East of England with in-person
training.
However, as the company has produced online versions of the young adults course, this has
been made available across England. The company produced an education program for
young adults and collated the feedback from the user-community.
As a result of the feedback, the company produced a Financial Resilience course for working
adults in the face of the post-COVID economic crisis. The company continues to collect
feedback from the stakeholders and has recently been given a steer to produce financial
education for a subset of the community, Black adults who are disproportionately financially
disadvantaged.
During the year ended 30 June 2026 the company’s online courses for young adults and
working adults remained available, and the company continued to maintain its course
materials and its focus on financial education for the community it serves. Direct engagement
activity, such as in-person sessions and the development of new course content, was carried
out on a smaller scale than in earlier years, reflecting the limited number of people available
to the company to deliver that work. The company remains committed to its community
purpose and intends to increase its engagement activity as its resources allow.
Part 2 — Consultation with stakeholders
Has the company consulted its stakeholders during the year? true
Stakeholders: The stakeholders are students in schools, colleges and universities that have a gap in understanding how money works and how they can make money work for them. This has continued to extend to the parents and guardians of this group.
How they were consulted: The stakeholders complete a survey and the feedback is collated on a regular basis to inform
the company of changes it can make to the offering. Changes are made based on statistical
patterns determined from the feedback received. During the year consultation with
stakeholders continued on a smaller scale, in line with the level of the company’s engagement
activity, and the feedback received will inform the company’s plans as that activity increases.
Actions taken: Updated the product road map with new requirements from the stakeholders

No remuneration was received by the directors during the year.
