1. Employees

The average number of employees during the year was 0 (2025: 0).

1. Basis of Preparation

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the micro-entities regime and in accordance with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

2. Revenue Recognition

Turnover represents rental income and other income arising from the company's ordinary activities, excluding VAT where applicable. Rental income is recognised over the period to which it relates in accordance with the terms of the tenancy agreements.

3. Operating Expenses

Operating expenses are recognised in the profit and loss account when incurred in the normal course of the company's business.

4. Going Concern

The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, as the directors consider that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.

The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

With effect from 11 December 2025, the name of the Company was changed from K2S IT Consulting Ltd to K2S Consulting Ltd .

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
