For the year ending 28 February 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - Small Entities. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

The liability arose as the company entered into voluntary agreement (CVA). The initial liability not classified elsewhere relating to year 2023/24 was £392,697. The Company was put on a schedule to make payments of voluntary contributions during the term of the arrangement as follows Year 1 Month 1 £25,692 Months 2-6 £7,000, Months 7-12 £8,000 Year 2 Months 13-24 £8000 Year 3 Months 25-36 £8500 Year 4 Months 37-48 £9000 Year 5 Months 49-57 £9500, Month 58 £7351 During the 12 months March 2025 to February 2026 the company made payments amounting to £70,000.

The Company operates a defined contribution scheme, the assets of which are held separately from those of the Company. The Company's contributions are charged to expenditure in the year they are incurred.
