Revised Accounts Statement

These revised accounts replace the accounts previously filed for the period ended 30 October 2025.

These accounts are now the statutory accounts for the period.

These accounts have been prepared as at 31 August 2026, the date of the original accounts.

Respects in which the previously filed accounts did not comply with the Companies Act 2006:
The original accounts did not record the investor funding of £912,450 received by the company under its funding agreements for the film The Glove (of which £712,450 was outstanding at 30 October 2025), the related balance held for the company by Studio Pow Limited, the fundraising fees and film development costs charged against it, or the write-off of those balances in 2025 following the cessation of Studio Pow Limited's business. Balances recorded in the 2021 and 2022 accounts had been omitted from 2023 onwards.

Significant amendments made:
Investor funding of £712,450 (2024: £912,450) recognised as a creditor due after more than one year, repayable only from film receipts. 2024 comparatives restated to show film development costs of £206,562 and £383,786 due from Studio Pow Limited. Both written off in 2025, giving a loss of £390,348. Net liabilities at 30 October 2025 of £712,448 (originally net assets of £2); 2024 restated to net liabilities of £322,100 (originally £2). No corporation tax is payable.

Date of approval of revision: 02 November 2026
