During the financial year ending 31 March 2026 CreArt Collective CIC continued to deliver its core mission of improving the lives of marginalised and disadvantaged communities in Dudley and the surrounding areas. Our primary activities focused on Community Arts and Creative Workshops Using creative expression performing arts and artistic creation as tools for healing personal growth and social inclusion. These sessions provided safe welcoming spaces for individuals to build confidence and self esteem. Health and Wellbeing Support Enabling access to practical support services that tackle health and social inequalities promoting positive mental health and emotional resilience among participants. Marginalised Community Empowerment Engaging vulnerable residents including minority and low income groups to overcome systemic barriers, reduce isolation, and foster a strong sense of belonging and community cohesion. Through these initiatives, the company directly benefited the community by creating inclusive pathways toward social equity, enhancing mental wellbeing, and equipping participants with new creative and personal skills.
Stakeholders of the company include project participants, local community members, partner organisations, and volunteers. How stakeholders were consulted: We engaged with our stakeholders through regular feedback forms following workshops, open community forums, and direct one-to-one discussions during our drop-in sessions and community events. Action taken in response to feedback: Feedback from participants highlighted a high demand for more regular creative sessions and structured emotional support pathways. In response, the company expanded its weekly timetable of community arts workshops, tailored project structures to better suit the schedules of working families and vulnerable adults, and strengthened signposting to local health and social care networks.
