The company delivers a range of performing arts programmes, including residential Dance and Musical Theatre Summer Camps, dance intensives and theatrical pro-ductions throughout the year. Fit The Mould Productions CIC places particular emphasis on providing high-quality, industry-standard performing arts training while ensuring that opportunities remain accessible to young people from a wide range of backgrounds. We are committed to paying our creative practitioners fairly and providing subsidised and scholarship-funded places to those who may otherwise face financial barriers to par-ticipation. During this financial year, we have: -Successfully delivered our sixth Summer Camp, continuing to provide young people with professional performing arts training alongside outdoor adventure activities, encouraging confidence, creativity, independence and personal development. -Continued to grow our programmes and participation numbers, reaching more young people while maintaining our commitment to accessibility, with 30% of camp places supported through scholarships and bursaries. -Successfully secured Arts Council England funding for the first time, representing a significant milestone for the company. This funding has en-abled us to strengthen our community impact, improve accessibility and provide additional support and opportunities for young people participating in our programmes. Through these achievements, Fit The Mould Productions CIC continues to develop as a community-focused organisation, creating inclusive opportunities for young people to access professional performing arts experiences, develop their skills and build lasting friendships, regardless of their financial circumstances. This maintains the structure of your previous CIC report while giving greater em-phasis to community benefit, accessibility and organisational development, which are particularly relevant to the CIC34 reporting requirements.
