Company activities and impact

To deliver humanitarian aid by road transport from collection warehouses in the UK (mainly Southampton, Leamington and Hull) from those locations in UK to anywhere in Europe using vans and trucks. This is funded by donations from the public and other charities. We have provided over 200 runs of humanitarian aid to the people of Ukraine. The aid includes, food, clothing, baby items, medication, water & sanitary items for those that are not in a position to get them themselves. The aid has been delivered by road transport into Poland for further distribution inside Ukraine.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company’s stakeholders are anyone that is affected by disaster in Europe, the general public that make the donations of aid and/or transportation donations and other charities that wish to transport specific aid. A network of volunteer drivers provide their time and vehicles to deliver the humanitarian aid by road transportation, The transportation costs that are provided to the driver are fuel, crossings and tolls. The drivers submit an expense form after their journey with receipts for re-imbursement. If the company makes any surplus it will be used to fund the road delivery costs in the future.
