Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro- entities Regime.

Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year the company made advances to
Mr Simon Ingram
, a director, totalling £22,965 (2025 - Nil). No repayments were made by 30 June 2026 and so the balance outstanding at the year end, 30 June 2026, was £22,965 (2025 - £nil). Where applicable, interest is charged on overdrawn loan accounts at the rate of 3.75% per annum, loans are repayable on demand.
