1. Basis of Preparation
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 105, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime, and the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements are presented in pounds sterling.

5. Prior year adjustment
The comparative figures for the year ended 30 September 2025 have been restated to correct errors in the accounts originally filed for that year. Repayments of a director's loan (£1,758) and costs relating to the previous period (£420) had been charged as expenses, some costs had been omitted, turnover had been shown net of selling fees, and cash at bank and corporation tax payable had not been included. The restated profit before tax for the year ended 30 September 2025 is £780 (originally a loss of £346) and restated net assets at 30 September 2025 are £1,485 (originally £1,217).
