The Scottish Government refuse to pay their bills. I assisted with developing the North Highland Way project. The Highland Council did £50,000 of work over and above their statutory duties and Nature Scot £30,000. The company provided match funding over 20 years.
Two MSPs put the company director forward to develop the Energy Strategy. There was a lot of ongoing work. The Scottish Government refused to pay.
The Highland Council refused to rehouse the Director when she was ordered out of Northern Ireland. Ongoing legal work has cost the company over £200,000. None of it has been paid either by Scotland or Northern Ireland.
