The Company is a private company limited by shares and is incorporated in the United Kingdom and registered in England and Wales (Company no. 16245280). The address of its registered office is 12 Lordship Road, London, N16 0QT, United Kingdom.

The Company ceased trading within the current financial period and the intention of the director is to dissolve the Company. As a result the financial statements have been prepared on the break up basis whereby the assets reported on the Balance Sheet as at the end of this financial period represent their net realisable value. The Company's only outstanding liability relates to funds paid into the Company by the director to fund its working capital requirements. There are no formal terms attached to the debt.
