Notes to the Financial Statements

for the Period Ended 31 March 2026

1. Accounting policies

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

Turnover policy

Turnover represents the fair value of consideration received or receivable for software licences, IT software services and access to the company's AI software platform. Revenue from software licensing and IT services provided to business customers is recognised when the services are performed or over the relevant licence period, as appropriate, and when the company has obtained the right to consideration. Revenue from the AI software platform provided to consumer customers is recognised in the period in which the underlying transactions occur, based on settlement reports received from the third-party payment facilitator.

Other accounting policies

Going concern The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The director has assessed the company's financial position, outstanding liabilities, expected operating cash flows and anticipated business activity for at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Based on this assessment, the director has a reasonable expectation that the company will have adequate resources to continue operating and meet its liabilities as they fall due. Foreign currency Transactions denominated in foreign currencies, principally EUR and USD, are translated into pounds sterling using HMRC monthly exchange rates as a practical approximation of transaction-date rates. Monetary assets and liabilities denominated in foreign currencies are retranslated at the closing exchange rates at the reporting date. Exchange differences are recognised in profit or loss. Financial instruments The company holds basic financial instruments comprising cash at bank, trade and other debtors, trade and other creditors and accruals. These are initially recognised at transaction price and subsequently measured at amortised cost, where applicable. Debtors are assessed for impairment at each reporting date. Cash at bank Cash at bank comprises balances held with banks and authorised electronic money and payment institutions that are repayable on demand. Taxation Current tax is recognised based on the estimated corporation tax payable on taxable profits for the period, using tax rates and legislation enacted or substantively enacted at the balance sheet date. No material deferred tax timing differences arose during the period.
