During the financial year, The Kids Wedding Club CIC has supported young people by providing training, guidance and opportunities to develop essential skills for employment and personal development. Our activities have focused on helping young people build confidence, improve communication skills, develop positive relationships and prepare for future employment opportunities. Through practical support, encouragement and skills development, we have helped young people recognise their potential, strengthen their interpersonal skills and gain a better understanding of the expectations of the workplace. We have also encouraged teamwork, responsibility, independence and positive engagement with others, helping young people develop skills that will benefit them in both their professional and personal lives. These activities have benefited the wider community by promoting social inclusion, improving employability and supporting young people to become more confident, motivated and active members of society. The Kids Wedding Club CIC remains committed to empowering young people, reducing barriers to employment and creating opportunities for long-term personal growth and community development.
