NOVARA HEALTH LTD is a private company limited by shares, incorporated in Northern Ireland. These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The financial statements have been prepared on the historical cost basis.

At 30 September 2026, the company owed its director £1,485 in respect of funds advanced to the company and business expenses paid personally by the director. No director’s salary or dividends were paid during the period.
