During the financial year ending 2026, the Company continued to provide support services to Eastern European individuals and small business owners living in the UK. Our activities included: - Assistance with understanding and complying with UK tax obligations. - Help with establishing new businesses and providing guidance on business planning. - Providing translation assistance and essential administrative support for interacting with government services. The impact of these services has continued to reduce financial and administrative barriers for individuals who may otherwise struggle to navigate the UK system due to language or cultural differences. The Company supports community integration, financial awareness, and self-sufficiency among Eastern European migrants.
Stakeholders include service users, local community organisations, and partner advisory organisations. Consultation included: - Informal discussions and feedback during service provision. - Requests for testimonials and improvement suggestions. Feedback received has been positive and has led to the development of clearer guidance materials and more structured appointment scheduling. There are plans to introduce formal community group workshops going forward.
