Basis of preparing the Financial Statements
Filing with the RegistrarThese accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities.Restatement of comparative figuresThe comparative figures for the year ended 31 January 2025 have been restated following a review of prior-period accounting records. The adjustments relate to the recognition and classification of income and expenditure, the associated taxation and the presentation of certain balance sheet balances. The previously filed accounts are unchanged.Directors' advancesIn the previous year the company made advances totalling £19,998 to two directors. The advances were interest-free, unsecured and repayable on demand. They were repaid in full during the year, and nothing was outstanding at 31 January 2026.Secured debtsBank loans of £11,250 (2025: £33,750) are secured by a floating charge over the company's assets.
