Angel Marketplace Limited Supplementary Note to the Original Financial Statements For the year ended 31 December 2025
This note revises in certain respects the original financial statements of the company and is to be treated as forming part of those accounts. These financial statements have been revised as at the date of the original annual accounts and not as at the date of revision and accordingly do not deal with events between those dates. The original accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 did not comply with the Companies Act 2006 because turnover was overstated due to the incorrect recognition of a sales invoice. This also resulted in an overstatement of trade debtors, reported profit and reserves. Consequently, the financial statements did not accurately reflect the company's financial performance and position. The accounts have been revised to correct these errors and ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2006. These financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. In accordance with Section 444 of the Companies Act 2006, the profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
