Advances and credits
At 1 January 2025 Virginia Farman owed £4,638.34 on her director current account. Further personal expenditure was £192. The total £4,830.34 was repaid by set-off against dividend entitlements. No interest was charged, no fixed repayment date was agreed and nothing was written off or waived. At 31 December 2025 neither director owed the company.
