Community Paradigm CIC is committed to delivering activities that create positive social change, address inequalities and improve the wellbeing, safety and resilience of individuals and communities. During the reporting period the CIC delivered targeted work focused on Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG), recognising the importance of prevention, education, awareness raising and early intervention in challenging harmful attitudes and behaviours. This work forms part of the CIC's wider commitment to supporting safer, stronger and more inclusive communities through engagement with young people, community organisations, grassroots sports clubs and local partners. During the reporting period Community Paradigm CIC worked in partnership with HTFC to deliver three engagement sessions attended by 54 young people. The sessions provided opportunities for participants to increase their understanding of violence against women and girls and its impact on individuals, families and communities. Participants also explored topics including respect, equality, healthy relationships, consent, personal boundaries, personal responsibility, challenging harmful behaviours and the role that young people can play in creating safer communities. The CIC uses community-based engagement and partnership working to reach people through environments that are familiar, accessible and trusted. Grassroots sport was used as a platform to engage participants and encourage discussion around important social issues. Alongside this work, the CIC continues to collaborate with community organisations and local stakeholders to ensure educational and preventative messages reach a wider section of the community. Key achievements during the period included the delivery of three Violence Against Women and Girls engagement sessions, direct engagement with 54 young people and partnership working with HTFC. These activities contributed to the CIC's objectives of promoting safer communities, reducing inequalities and encouraging respectful and positive behaviours among young people. Partnership working remains central to the CIC's approach. Community Paradigm CIC recognises that meaningful and sustainable social change is achieved through collaboration between community groups, grassroots sporting organisations, educational settings and local stakeholders. This approach supports knowledge sharing, strengthens local networks and encourages organisations to play an active role in promoting safer and more inclusive communities. During the reporting period Community Paradigm CIC continued its commitment to addressing Violence Against Women and Girls through education, awareness raising, community engagement and partnership working. The delivery of three sessions with HTFC, directly engaging 54 young people, demonstrates the organisation's commitment to early intervention and prevention. Through collaborative community-based delivery, the CIC continues to promote awareness, encourage positive behaviours and contribute to the development of safer, more equal and inclusive communities.
