These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 105, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime, and the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements are presented in pounds sterling, rounded to the nearest pound.

Replace GBP 1,000 cash with called-up share capital not paid; cash is nil. Issued capital, net assets and shareholders funds remain GBP 1,000.
