3 Revised financial statements

These revised financial statements replace the original financial statements for the period ended
31 July 2025

They are now the statutory financial statements for that period.
They have been prepared as at
31 July 2025
and not as at the date of revision and accordingly do not deal with the events between those dates.
Following a review of the original financial statements, the directors identified that they did not fully comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006. Revised financial statements have been prepared to correct the identified errors and ensure compliance with the statutory requirements.
The financial statements have been revised to include the trading transactions and balances that occurred during the accounting period. The profit and loss account, balance sheet and related disclosures have been updated to reflect the company's trading activity and present a true and fair view of its financial position and results for the period.
For the period ending
31 July 2025
, the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors' responsibilities:
  • The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period in question in accordance with section 476;
  • The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
