Notes to the financial statements:

1. Average number of employees

   During the period the average number of employees, including directors, was 0.

2. Directors advances, credit and guarantees

   During the period the company made advances to Mr S Mustafaj, a director. These were personal expenses paid by the company on the director’s behalf and cash withdrawn. The total amount advanced during the period was £752, of which £100 was repaid by offset against a loan the director made to the company. The balance owed by the director at 28 February 2026 was £652. The advance is interest-free, unsecured and repayable on demand.

S & M DESIGN LTD (16231614) is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office address is 34, Couthurst Road, London, SE3 8TW, England.

For the period ending 28 February 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period ended 28 February 2026 in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with micro-entity provisions and with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime' and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime. The income statement has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies in accordance with the special provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.
