2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime, on a basis other than the going concern basis. The company did not commence trading during the period. Following the reporting date, the director decided not to commence the intended activities and intends to apply for voluntary strike-off after the company's statutory and tax position has been resolved. Assets and liabilities have therefore been stated at the amounts expected to be realised and settled as the company's affairs are brought to a close. The use of this basis has not resulted in any adjustment to the amounts recognised in these financial statements.
