During the financial year ending 28 February 2026, ARES360 CIC remained financially dormant, with no income, expenditure or significant accounting transactions. However, the company undertook preliminary engagement and development activities in preparation for delivering its community interest objectives. These activities included liaison with British Army Reserve units to better understand their operational, training, recruitment and organisational requirements, and to identify opportunities where ARES360 CIC could provide support and deliver meaningful benefits. This engagement helped inform the company's understanding of the challenges faced by Reserve units and the potential development of services and initiatives intended to support Reserve personnel and the wider Defence community. Although no services were formally delivered and no measurable community benefits were realised during the reporting period, these preparatory activities provided a foundation for future community benefit. The company intends to develop its activities in line with the needs identified through stakeholder engagement, subject to appropriate resources and arrangements being established.
During the financial year ending 28 February 2026, ARES360 CIC undertook informal stakeholder engagement with representatives of British Army Reserve units. The purpose of this engagement was to understand the needs, challenges and priorities of potential beneficiaries and partner organisations, particularly in relation to training, recruitment, personnel development and organisational effectiveness. Consultation took place through informal discussions and liaison with relevant personnel, providing an opportunity to identify areas where the company could potentially deliver community benefit. The information gathered has helped inform the company's initial planning and consideration of future services and initiatives. As the company remained financially dormant throughout the reporting period, no formal services or programmes were delivered. Further stakeholder engagement is intended as the company's activities develop.
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
