1. Statutory Information

2. Accounting Policies
Basis of preparing the Financial Statements
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities and the Companies Act 2006, under the historical cost convention. The first accounting period runs from incorporation on 27 March 2025 to 31 March 2026, so no comparative figures are shown. The company's activity is the holding of an interest in Pallas Investments LLP, a family investment partnership. Going concern: the company has net liabilities of £249. Its only liability of substance is an interest free loan from Trans4mine Ltd, a company under the control of the directors, which has confirmed that it will not call the loan within twelve months of the approval of these accounts, and the directors have confirmed their continuing support. The accounts are therefore prepared on the going concern basis.

The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
Turnover
The company has no turnover. It did not trade in the period.
