PART 1 - GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY'S ACTIVITIES AND IMPACT

We run two large gatherings in nature for around 120 young adults and 4 smaller eco therapy workshops where around 60 young adults attend each one. These benefit the community because they make new friends, join a supportive community, connect with nature and do therapeutic activities which help them to feel more resilient and happier.

PART 2 - CONSULTATIONS WITH STAKEHOLDERS

Our stakeholders are the young adults who attend our gatherings and workshops. We consult our participants about the gatherings in a number of ways

We have "Buddy Pod" workshops at the gatherings where we ask for feedback on our community agreement

We have a feedback google form which everyone completes after the gathering

We have a zoom meeting for feedback from participants after the gathering

We have three young adults on the board of directors

Participants asked us to make the gathering longer so we extended it by a further day, so it was 6 days long.
Participants asked us to not have workshops after the cacao ceremony so people can continue making music and dancing for longer so we changed the programme to incorporate this.
Participants asked us to do more online work and we are building a team to work on this.
Participants suggested we have more young adults on the board of directors so we approached people to invite them.

PART 3 - DIRECTORS' REMUNERATION

I was paid £4900 for each of the two gatherings and £200 for organising each Eco therapy workshop. A total of £10600.

"There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director's loss of office, which require to be disclosed"

PART 4 - TRANSFER OF ASSETS OTHER THAN FOR FULL CONSIDERATION

No transfer of assets other than for full consideration has been made.

PART 5 - INTEREST PAID AT A PERFORMANCE-RELATED RATE

There was no interest paid at a performance-related rate.
