Revised Accounts Statement

These revised accounts replace the accounts previously filed for the period ended 31 January 2026.

These accounts are now the statutory accounts for the period.

These accounts have been prepared as at 22 October 2026, the date of the original accounts.

Respects in which the previously filed accounts did not comply with the Companies Act 2006:
Company expenses paid personally by the director were omitted: rent of a garage used only to store company tools (£1,500 in this year, £2,400 in the prior year and £1,350 earlier) and a use-of-home allowance of £6 per week. As a result, expenses and the corporation tax charge were misstated and the amount owed by the director was overstated.

Significant amendments made:
Other charges increased by £1,812; corporation tax charge reduced from £14,724 to £14,244; amount owed by the director (current assets) reduced by £6,204; corporation tax creditor reduced by £480; net assets reduced from £212,727 to £207,003. Prior-year comparatives restated: current assets reduced by £4,392, net assets from £159,171 to £154,779.

Date of approval of revision: 05 November 2026
