FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2026
JTFM Holdings Limited is a private company limited by shares, incorporated in the United Kingdom and registered in England and Wales. The address of the registered office, which is also the principal place of business, is disclosed on the company information page.
2.Accounting policies
Basis of preparation of financial statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006. The disclosure requirements of Section 1A of FRS 102 have been applied other than where additional disclosure is required to show a true and fair view.
The following principal accounting policies have been applied:
Investments in subsidiary undertakings are stated at cost less any provision for impairment.
Cost represents the fair value of the consideration given to acquire the investment together with directly attributable costs of acquisition.
Where shares are issued as consideration for the acquisition of a subsidiary and merger relief under section 612 of the Companies Act 2006 applies, the investment is recognised at the fair value of the consideration given. The difference between the fair value of the shares issued and their nominal value, which is not required to be credited to the share premium account by virtue of merger relief, is credited to a merger relief reserve.
The Company has not elected to apply the reduction in the carrying amount of the investment permitted by section 615 of the Companies Act 2006.
Investments are reviewed for impairment when events or changes in circumstances indicate that the carrying amount may not be recoverable.
Equity dividends are recognised when they become legally payable. Interim equity dividends are recognised when paid. Final equity dividends are recognised when approved by the shareholders at an annual general meeting.
The Company has no employees other than the directors, who did not receive any remuneration (2025 -£NIL).
