2Off balance sheet arrangements
The management company comprising the owners of the three flats took over the freehold in November 2025. Since the company had just started and we did not have a bank account, one of the directors agreed to keep the service charges in trust so that the bills could be paid. A bank account took several months to open, but eventually it was opened, and all service charges were paid to that account.
