The principal activity of the company continues to be that of maintaining the residential property at 44 The Avenue, Beckenham, Kent, BR3 5ER. Expenditure incurred is recoverable from the tenants by way of service charge and the company does not seek to make a profit. The company has no income or expenditure in its own right, all transactions in the year being related to the maintenance of the common parts in accordance with the lease. Service charges collected are held on trust for the purpose of meeting the relevant costs in relation to the property with the provisions of section 42 of the Landlord Tenant Act 1987.
