General information

The company is a private company limited by shares and is registered in England. Its company registration number is 02139462. The registered office is 16A The Maltings, Staithe Road, Bungay, Suffolk NR35 1EJ.

Average number of employees

The average monthly number of employees, including directors, during the year was 3 (2024 - 3).

The Company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006.

The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit for the year in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to entities subject to the micro-entities' regime.

The financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The financial statements were approved and authorised for issue by the board and were signed on its behalf on 5 November 2025.

AS AT 31 AUGUST 2025

The company has not traded during the year or the preceding financial year. During these periods, the company received no income and incurred no expenditure and therefore made neither profit or loss.
Following guidance issued by the ICAEW in connection to section 42 of the Landlord and Tenants Acts 1987 in respect of presentation of financial statements the revenue reserves have been adjusted to £nil.
The company has no income or expenditure in its own right. All transactions in the year relate to maintenance of the common parts of the property in accordance with the lease. Income and expenditure arising from these transactions is shown in separate service charge accounts for the property and do not form part of annual accounts of the company and are not filed at Companies House. All service charge monies received from the residents of the property are held on trust for the residents.
