	The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.


2	Service charge arrangements

	The Company operates as a non-profit-making entity and is responsible for the management and administration of 25–28 North Audley Street, London W1. All transactions undertaken by the Company in connection with this property relate to the service charge. These transactions are not included within the statutory accounts, as they are recorded within separate service charge accounts that are prepared and circulated to leaseholders in accordance with relevant guidance.
