The principal activity of the company is the management and administration of property known as Seacroft Court, Sea Road, Boscombe, Dorset, for the benefit of the leaseholders. The monies collected from the leaseholders as service charges and the related debtors and creditors are held in trust under the Landlord and Tenant Legislation. Separate service charge accounts are prepared.
