As at 30 November 2024 the company had net liabilities of £16,618 (2023: net assets of £5,565) and net current liabilities of £17,159 (2023: net current assets of £11,287). Included within Creditors: Amounts falling due within one year of the balance sheet date, was £103,165 owed to the Director which was repayable on demand. The Director has confirmed that he will only make withdrawals against this balance from future surplus operating cashflows although he will also continue to support the company financially in terms of personally funding unavoidable operating costs for at least the next twelve months from the date of approving these accounts. The director therefore believes it appropriate to continue preparing these accounts for the company as a going concern.
