For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Advances and credits
Advances to the directors are accounted for as part of the movement on the directors' current account with the company. During the period total advances to the directors amounted to £19,103 and total credits to the account amounted to £32,263. At the balance sheet date the amount due from the directors was £128,376.

Interest was applied to the directors' current account at the official rate, which equated to £3,003. This interest is included in the total amount due from the directors at the balance sheet date.

There are no formal terms for repayment of the loan.
