The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 2 (previous period: 2).
Additional Disclosures
The company ceased trading on 30 September 2025 following the retirement of the main director. All outstanding trading activities have been concluded, and no further income will be generated after the cessation date. All remaining assets have been, or will be, realised and the proceeds applied towards the settlement of the company’s outstanding liabilities. Any surplus funds or remaining assets after all obligations have been met will be distributed to the shareholders in accordance with their entitlements. The company will be formally struck off the Register of Companies once the closure process has been completed and all statutory obligations have been fulfilled.
