1. General Information
Richmond Rise (Management) Limited is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 02533011 . The registered office is 165 Alder Road, Poole, BH12 4AN.
The principal activity of the company is the management and administration of property known as Richmond Rise for the benefit of the leaseholders. The monies collected from the leaseholders as service charges and the related debtors and creditors are held in trust under the Landlord and Tenant Legislation. Separate service charge accounts are prepared.
