| The purchase of the freehold of 64 Fairholme Road occurred during the financial year ending 31st March, 1994, which was acquired at a cost of £3,000. Due to the leasing of all four flats on long leasehold terms the freehold has no realisable value and as such was written down to nil in the Balance Sheet by year end 31st March, 1994. |
