Service Charge Accounts

The company did not trade during either year; has made neither a profit nor a loss; and did not have any employees.

The members are the residential owners of the managed property comprising 1-13 Ferndown Court, Frensham Road, Lower Bourne, Farnham, Surrey, GU10 3PZ. Service charges collected are held on trust for the purpose of meeting the relevant costs in relation to the property in accordance with the provisions of section 42 of the Landord and Tenant Act 1987; accordingly separate service charge accounts are prepared.

Average number of employees, including directors, during the year was: NIL (2024: NIL)

For the year ending 30 September 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
