2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of FRS 105 and the Companies Act 2006.

Computer and office equipment are stated at cost less accumulated depreciation. Depreciation is charged at 20% per annum on a straight-line basis.

Amounts owed to the director at the year end represent a director’s current account balance.
