1	Accounting policies

	Basis of preparation
	The accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the special provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
	Service charges collected are held on trust for the purpose of meeting the relevant costs in relation to the property in accordance with the provisions of Section 42 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 and the company acts as trustee in this capacity.
	The accounts for the previous year have been restated to reflect the fact that the Services charges are held in trust for the residents of Harrowside Brow and are not an asset of Harrowside Brow (Blackpool) Management Limited.
	Taxation
	No liability to Corporation tax arose in the period ending 31st May 2025 nor in the year ending 31st May 2024
