1. STATUTORY INFORMATION

2. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

The company meets its day to day working capital requirements through the support of its shareholders. The directors have confirmed that this support will continue to be made available for the foreseeable future.

Turnover
Turnover represents ground rents and storeroom rent receivable.

Tangible fixed assets
Land and buildings are shown at cost less any accumulated depreciation and any accumlated impairment losses.

Land and buildings are depreciated over their estimated useful economic life after taking the residual value of the assets into consideration. The directors consider the residual value of the company's land and buildings to be in excess of the original cost and consequently no depreciation is provided.

The residual value of the company's assets and whether the value has been impaired are considered by the directors on an annual basis.

Taxation
Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date.
